Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program, Inc. (EKCEP) is a nonprofit workforce development organization serving 23 counties in Eastern Kentucky through the Kentucky Career Center system, with additional programs and partnerships reaching more than 50 counties across the Commonwealth. EKCEP helps people prepare for, find, and keep meaningful employment while working with employers to meet regional workforce needs. From student career readiness and adult training to recovery and reentry services, EKCEP connects individuals with the support, experience, and opportunities they need to build stronger futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.
