2026 NIBROC Festival- Commercial Food Vendor (10'x20')

If 220V electric service is needed, vendor must provide their own electric cords, in good working condition, as well as provide access to a junction box with breaker either inside or outside trailer or booth. 220V is an additional $100.00 charge. Booth space is 10’ x 20’ for a fee of $750.00. The NIBROC Planning Committee reserves the right to grant exclusivity on the sale of any item for an additional fee. A Photo of your Booth or trailer must accompany your application. Menus must be submitted for approval to the NIBROC Planning Committee. If you do not submit a menu and a price list, your application will not be considered. No refunds of fees paid will be issued. NOTICE: Space selection is by availability and at the discretion of the director. First come, first served. No sharing or sub-leasing of booths. Booth space is available for the original vendor booking and paying for the space only. Your application will not be processed until all requirements are complete and payment in full is received. NO ROVING SALES, NO FREE ITEMS. OPERATION IS CONFINED TO YOUR RENTAL SPACE. NO SUB-LEASING OR SHARING OF BOOTH SPACE. Food Vendors - Pepsi Cola premix and products of the Pepsi Cola Bottling Company of Corbin, Kentucky are the exclusive drinks of NIBROC. No other soft drink products will be permitted. Call Pepsi Cola-Corbin at (606) 528-1635 to place your order for product or trailers directly. Vendors are required by the City of Corbin to dispose of cooking oil or grease in containers provided by the Chamber (at locations noted). ALL APPLICANTS: All fees must be paid by cash, money order, credit card (by phone), or certified check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. The undersigned applicant has read, understands, and agrees to be bound and follow the NIBROC Festival Guidelines, which are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein. Further, in consideration of the Southern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce allowing and permitting the undersigned applicant, his, hers, its member, his, hers, its, successors and assigned; and/or his, hers, its, theirs, executors and administrators agree, covenant and guarantee that the Southern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and any and all sponsors of NIBROC its, their assigns, servants, employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, owners, shareholders, successors, and all other persons, associations, corporations, and/or entities, whether herein named or referred to or not, are hereby released and discharged in all ways from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and causes of action, known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, for any injuries, losses and damages of any kind or nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from participation in NIBROC now and forevermore.
